This is a 13 1/2 inch by 1 1/4 inch Ambrosia Maple Platter. The grain around the Bark/Knot inclusion gives this Platter a one of a kind look. The bead around the rim has a greenish tint that mimics the areas where the Ambrosia Beetle tunneled in the Maple and the dished bowl area is highlighted with a Gold Acrylic color. Coves have been added to the back side to compliment the front design.Several coats of Satin Lacquer finish protects the wood and embellishments. Can be displayed on a stand or hanging on a wall.
